- The 9th of 10 children, I followed my grandfather, father, and other family members into a career with the Newark Fire Department. I retired as a Captain in 2008. While working full-time, I graduated Seton Hall University and Seton Hall Law School, and then maintained a full-time law practice prior to retiring from the Fire Department. I volunteer for the Wills for Heroes program drafting estate plans for Police, Fire and EMT personnel. In 2005, I won a Free Speech case in federal Court safeguarding the rights of two citizens protesting a school board official’s fitness for office. I reside in Surprise and have been married to Michelle since 1994. We are the proud parents of four children. I am a member of Compass Bible Church in Youngtown. Since 1994, I have really enjoyed helping people with their estate planning needs. I actively engage with my clients and take the time to focus on addressing their unique circumstances. I believe people want an attorney who is honest, conscientious, competent and trustworthy. My practice solely focuses on estate planning, including special needs planning.
